She has been connected with the real estate market since 2010. She has co-created the first projects regarding private dormitories in Poland, being responsible for financing, supervision over project documentation, cooperation with local and administrative authorities.
FINANCE & CONTROLLING DIRECTOR
He has been active on the financial market for 18 years. He has gained experience working for the leading national banks, international financial groups as well as one of the biggest consulting companies. He has participated actively in such projects as M&A, IPO in financial institutions.
He holds the international certificate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a participating member of the British organisation gathering experts from the financial and accounting industries. He is currently in the course of development of the CFA program.
He has been involved in the financial industry since 2008. In 2010 - 2012, he worked in financial consulting for Expander. From 2012, he held executive positions in Home Broker S.A., then in Metrohouse S.A. real estate agency where he was responsible for the development of the mortgage products sales team. During this time, he carried out transactions for over PLN 100 million.
He has been involved in the financial market for 10 years. He has gained his experience through the development of strategies, building and expanding structures existing on capital markets for such entities as TFI, Brokerage Houses, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Private Banking and FinTech industry. He specialises in strategic corporate advisory and supports operational and HR departments of financial institutions. He has successfully supported recruitment projects at managerial, top management and expert level. His actions are based on partnership and transparency which allows him to build strong and permanent relations at business level.
For several years, she has been involved in creating strategies and running marketing campaigns on the investment market and commercial real estate. She specializes in online marketing and implementation of technological tools supporting automation of marketing and sales processes, relationship management and customer service. A graduate of the University of Physical Education with specialization in Tourism Management and Collective Accommodation.
Graduate from the Construction Faculty of the Krakow University of Technology, Major in Civil Engineering Structures. He has been working in the construction sector since 2005. He gained his experience on engineering and managerial positions, being in charge of construction of housing, office and warehousing property, preparation of settlements and financial statements, supervision and control over project completion. He is authorized to manage construction works in the unlimited construction and building specialty.
Graduate of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography and the Warsaw School of Economics' Property Management. He has been working in the property sector for 12 years. He gained his experience taking part in the building investment process both with the General Contractor as well as the Investor. Among other things, he was in charge of preparation of reports and market analyses, including property due diligence analyses as well as management and administration of real estate. His flagship projects include the Museum of the History of Polish Jews where he was in charge of geodetic services in the construction of the curvilinear wall.
Graduate of the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology. He has been working in the construction sector since 2010. He supervised projects in modernization and expansion of office buildings, warehousing halls and residential and service buildings as well as housing estates. He gained his experience as a site engineer or a project manager. His portfolio includes a PLN 30 million office property in the Tri-City, a PLN 30 million design of the facade of the Academic Center for Materials and Nanotechnologies, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and a design for multi-family development Schlachtensee Carré in Berlin of the value of approximately PLN 35 million. He is authorized to manage construction works in the unlimited construction and building specialty.
REAL ESTATE ANALYST
He has been working for the financial sector since 2006. He gained his experience in private banking in a leading Brokerage House, being in charge of acquisition and maintenance of long-term customer relations and building investment portfolios. His responsibilities included capital market analyses, financial statements analyses, business credit analyses and ongoing services for issuers. He was a member of a team which placed over PLN 1 billion worth of corporate bonds. He participated in restructuring of a non-public asset closed-end investment fund of the total assets worth PLN 250 million. He was transactional advisor during the building of a consortium of investment debt recovery companies prepared for acquisition of a liabilities portfolio of a nominal value of PLN 900 million.
